The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Mahesh Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.02 of 2024 at Police Station- Jalalpur, District- Jaunpur under Section 302/34 IPC during pendency of trial. This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 23.5.2025 directing the trial court to conclude the trial against the applicant as expeditiously as possible Section 309 Cr.P.C. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co-accused, Kishan Singh, has been granted bail by this Court on 3.7.2024 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.17382 of 2024.
