Sri Ravindra Singh, learned counsel has filed his power as well as short counter affidavit on behalf of the informant today in the Court, which is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the informant learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the marriage of the applicant and the victim was settled since their childhood on account of which, they started to meet each other and due to some mis-understanding the F.I.R. has been lodged against the applicant. Learned counsel further argued that the applicant and his family as well as informant and her family members would solemnise the marriage of the applicant and the victim and therefore the applicant may be enlarged on bail.
