Heard Sri Ashutosh Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Deepak Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.35 of 2025, under Sections 3(5), 103(1), 238, 118(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Lohata, District- Varanasi, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is not named in the FIR and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that the name of applicant has come up subsequently in the supplementary statement of the informant recorded as an afterthought. The witness Chhote Lal Patel has been roped in subsequently, who is stated to have seen the applicant also
