Baranwal, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Srawan Kumar Swarnkar, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 418 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1), 352, 351(3) of BNS, Police Station - Mainather, District - Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Devraj Singh and Sanjeev Kumar, have already been enlarged on bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.09.2025 and 19.08.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 24739 of 2025 and 22451 of 2025, respectively. It is further submitted that since the case of the applicant is at par to the c
