Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.313 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 352, 118(2), 324(4), 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station- Bhithoor, District- Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. There is no vessel, in which the said inflammable material was kept, recovered from the applicant or from the place of occurrence. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that there is material contradiction in the prosecution story.
