No. 56 of 2024, Case Crime No. 217 of 2023, under Sections 302, 34, 120-B IPC & 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Mehnajpur, District- Azamgarh,, during pendency of trial. This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 26.5.2025 directing the trial court to conclude the trial against the applicant as expeditiously as possible as per Section 346 B.N.S.S.
