Heard Sri Rajendra Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.166 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238 B.N.S., Police Station Knowledge Park, District Gautam Buddh Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about twenty six days from the date of recovery of the dead body and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The applicant has simply been made an accused on the basis of his own confession before the police, which has no evidentiary value in the eyes of law. 5.
