Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.326 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 303(2), 317(2) B.N.S., Police Station Jani, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR was instituted regarding accidental injury sustained by the deceased person. It itself mentioned that some unknown vehicle had hit him on the road.
