Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.606 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 352, 109(1) B.N.S., Police Station Kankar Khera, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant alongwith co-accused persons, namely, Lajjo, Sunny and Bhola, is stated to have assaulted and caused injuries to the informant and his uncle on 30.08.2025 at about 6:30 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about four hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. There are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons in the FIR. Sub
