Heard Sri Manish Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Deepak Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.96 of 2025, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Doghat, District Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have inflicted grievous injuries to the son of the informant Deshpal by the blunt side of a Fawada on 15.04.2025 at about 8:00 p.m., whereby he was rushed to Community Health Center and from there he was referred to higher center and thereupon he was taken to Subharati Medical Hospital, where he succumbed to the injuries sustained on 22.04.2025. 5.
