Heard Sri Shams Uz Zaman, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Deepak Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.241 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238(A), 140(1) B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Singhawali Aheer, District Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. His name has come up subsequently in the statement of the co-accused person Indrapal Bhagat at whose pointing out the dead body was recovered. Although, it is true that a recovery of gun has been foisted on the applicant, but he has nothing to do with the said offence. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that there is no criminal history of the applicant.
