Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. His name has come up subsequently in the statements of the witnesses, namely, Chunauti Devi and Brijbhan as an afterthought. Even the FIR indicates that the person who shot the deceased person was Shubham Chauhan. 5.
