Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.417 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 3(5), 61(2) B.N.S. and 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Ahiraula, District Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. His name has come up subsequently in the statements of the witnesses, namely, Chunauti Devi and Brijbhan as an afterthought.
