Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 111 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 115(2), 191(2), 190, 352 of BNS, Police Station - Puranderpur, District - Maharajganj, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted by the informant stating that his nephew has been set afire by named accused persons, Mumtaj, Akhrujma, Anwar and Sonu on 17.05.2025 at about 10:00 PM outside their house. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. She has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR.
