Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 343 of 2024, under Sections 318(4), 341(A), 103(1), 238(Ka) and 61(2) of BNS, Police Station - Chandausi, District - Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. He is not named in the FIR. 5. Learned counsel has also stated that the FIR was instituted regarding the accidental injuries sustained by the deceased person but subsequently it has been converted into that of homicide whereby the allegations are that the applicant conspired with other co-accused persons to
