Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that on 27.07.2012 a G.D. entry was made at the concerned police station with regard to the missing of informant's minor daughter aged about 15 years, thereafter, on 14.09.2012 the informant moved an application before the police nominating the applicant and two other accused by making allegation of abduction of her minor daughter against them. Thereafter, the missing report was converted into lodging of F.I.R. under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C., naming all the three accused including the applicant.
