Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 480 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of BNS, Police Station - Quarsi, District - Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant along with three other co- accused persons is stated to have surrounded the deceased person whereby the co-accused Kaif @ Chini is stated to have shot at the deceased person, causing his death on 06.06.2025 at about 08:45 PM. 5.
