Applicants seek bail in Case Crime No. 95 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 238 of BNS, Police Station - Kunwargaon, District - Budaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants has argued that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case. They have nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. They are not named in the FIR. There is no evidence against the applicants except the fact that the mobile location of the applicants were found in the vicinity of the place of occurrence. 5. Learned counsel has also stated that there is no coordinates on record to show that the applicants were present at the place of occurrence. The
