As per prosecution story, the applicant alongwith three other co-accused persons is stated to have assaulted and caused grievous injuries to the deceased person by hitting him with bricks on 07.05.2025 at about 10:45 a.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
