Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.02 of 2025, under Sections 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station- Naini, District- Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the informant found his brother dead in the house of applicant, whereby he found the conduct of the applicant suspicious as she seemed quite worried on 27.12.2024 at about 10:00 a.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. She has nothing to do with the said offence.
