Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 34 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1), 115(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Dauki, District- Agra, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant alongwith five other accused persons is stated to have assaulted and committed murder of the father of the informant by inflicting injuries by lathi and danda on 17.3.2025 at about 04:00 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
