The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant- Dipak with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 411 of 2025, under Section 5A/8 U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 11d of Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station- Bidhuna, District- Auraiya. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case and there is no independent witness of the recovery.
