In the F.I.R. it has been alleged by the informant that applicant gave a job to her for assistance in his business. Thereafter some time, on 15.05.2022 the applicant's son-in-law, who is named in the F.I.R. committed her rape. He also made a video of the alleged incident and by blackmailing her he used to commit her rape several times.
