Heard Sri Diwakar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arun Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.151 of 2024 (Session Trial No.1519 of 2024), under Sections 103(1) B.N.S. and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Ghazipur, District- Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted by the informant alleging that applicant has committed murder of the deceased person by some sharp edged weapon on 9.8.2024 at about 06:00 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
