This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Azeem @ Bhura, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 308 of 2025, under Sections 21/22 NDPS Act and Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3/5/8 of Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station- Patiyali, District- Kasganj. 3.
