By means of the instant bail application, the applicant, Mustaak is seeking bail in Case Crime No. 223 of 2025, under Sections 64, 351(3), 127(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Naujheel, District Mathura. 3. The F.I.R. alleges allegation that when the informant could not give birth of any child even after eight years of her marriage, then she came to know about the applicant who practices in treatment and exorcism and can help her to become a mother. Thereafter, on 21.08.2025 the informant went to meet the applicant for her treatment, who while practicing exorcism upon her took her in a room and committed her rape forcibly and also threatened her for dire consequences. 4.
