This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Rakesh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 90 of 2024, under Sections 354ka, 354kha, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 9(M)/10 POCSO Act, Police Station- Fatehganj, District- Bareilly. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 05.03.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that FIR has been lodged after delay of almost three months without any plausible explanation of the delay.
