The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Sahabe Alam with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 133 of 2025, under Section 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, 1960, Police Station- Husainganj, District- Fatehpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case and there is no independent witness of the recovery. Offence is triable by magistrate.
