Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.133 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Jahangirabad, District Bulandshahar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant alongwith co-accused persons is stated to have fired and caused gunshot injury to the son of the informant, whereby the sister of informant had also witness the incident committed on 21.03.2025 at about 10:20 a.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
