By means of the instant bail application, the applicant, Abhi Alias Abhishek, is seeking bail in Case Crime No. 701 of 2025, under Sections 64(1) of B.N.S., Police Station Majhola, District Moradabad. 3. The F.I.R. alleges that in the midnight of the alleged date the applicant committed rape of the victim when she was sleeping when she was sleeping in her house. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the case with frivolous allegations. No such incident took place. Though in her statements recorded under Section 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. the victim has reiterated such allegations as made in the F.I.R., but in her medical examination no recent extern
