The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Hazari Lal Gupta with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 266 of 2025, under Section 3/5A/5B/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station- Saiyadraja, District- Chandauli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case and there is no independent witness of the recovery. Offence is triable by magistrate. The applicant is languishing in jail since 14.09.2025 and he has criminal antecedent of one case. 4.
