Heard Sri Shashi Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Deepak Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.41 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238(a), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Jaithra, District Etah, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, a dead body was recovered on 11.02.2025 and the inquest proceedings and the post-mortem examination was conducted subsequently. The FIR was instituted about ten days after the incident. The applicant and the deceased person are stated to have been identified by the conductor in the CCTV footage, but there is no identification of the deceased person. 5.
