Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, Police Station Bariyarpur, District Deoria. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. He submits that the applicant is the owner of the vehicle in question, which is stated to be involved in transporting the animals for slaughtering.
