Heard Sri Atmaram Nadiwal, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ajay Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State-Respondent, Sri Anil Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the informant and perused the record. This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 169 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 191(2), 191(3), 115(2) of the B.N.S. and Section 3/25 and 27 of Arms Act, Police Station Mirzapur, District Saharanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that in the FIR only general allegation has been levelled against the applicant and other co- accused.
