Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 629 of 2025 arising out of Case Crime No. 65 of 2025, under Sections 85, 103(1) of BNS, Police Station - Kopaganj, District - Mau, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. 5. Learned counsel has also stated that it is true that the applicant is the husband but his wife has been put to death by some unknown person. 6. Learned counsel has further contended that the cause of death of deceased has been found to be asphyxia as a result of ante-mortem strangulation. The applicant is languishing in jail
