The present bail application under section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 176 of 2025, under Section 8/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Mirzapur, District- Saharanpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that applicant is not named in the F.I.R. 540 Gram of Charas is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of co-accused. In fact no recovery was effected from the applicant. As per F.I.R. the role has been assigned to the applicant of selling the contraband Charas.
