The present bail application under section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 176 of 2025, under Section 8/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Mirzapur, District- Saharanpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that applicant is not named in the F.I.R. 540 Gram of Charas is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of co-accused. In fact no recovery was effected from the applicant. As per F.I.R. the role has been assigned to the applicant of selling the contraband Charas. It is further submitted that since such recovery is not supported by independent
