Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 30 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2), 253 of BNS, Police Station - Armapur, District - Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. The FIR is delayed by more than eight months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The FIR has been lodged on the basis of suspicion only. 5. Learned counsel has also stated that the deceased was a hardened criminal and might have been put to death by one of his rivals. The applicant has
