The present bail application under section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicants with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 123 of 2025, under Section 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Mataund, District- Banda. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants has contended that 5 Kilogram and 125 Ganza from applicant no. 1 and 10 kilogram & 240 gram Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the both the applicants, which is below commercial quantity.
