Heard Sri Dheeraj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Manoj Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 404 of 2025, under Sections 140(1), 61(2), 103(1), 238(a) of BNS, Police Station - Nawabganj Commissionerate, Prayagraj, District - Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. He is not named in the FIR. His name has come up in the statement of co-accused Ram Singh and Vijay Singh, which has no evidentiary value in the eyes of law.
