The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Vijay Singh with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.300 of 2025, under Sections 109 (1), 351 (3), 333 of B.N.S. and Section 3/25/27 of arms Act, Police Station-Tilhar, District-Shahjahanpur, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case and is languishing in jail since 05.07.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the first information report was lodged by the first informant against the applicant and one other person with the allegation that due to some dispute the applicant has given fire arm shot upon the right leg of son of the first informant
