Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.114 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238 B.N.S., Police Station- GRP Lalitpur, District- Lalitpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is not named in the FIR and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that the dead body of the deceased person was recovered in an abandoned state from the railway platform.
