The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.427 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238 B.N.S., Police Station Majhola, District Moradabad with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR itself is delayed and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5. It is further argued by learned counsel for the applicant that there is no criminal history of the applicant.
