The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Munfaid with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 422 of 2025, under Sections 109, 125, 191 (2), 191 (3), 190 of B.N.S. and 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station-Govardhan, District- Mathura. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in the present case and is languishing in jail since 28.08.2025.
