Applicants seek bail in Case Crime No.400 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 309(4), 3(5), 317(2) B.N.S., Police Station Quarsi, District Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants has argued that the applicants are not named in the FIR and have been falsely implicated in the present case. They have nothing to do with the said offence. A false recovery of one mobile has been foisted on the applicants. There is no previous criminal history of the applicants except one case foisted on them subsequent to the instant case.
