The present bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 128 of 2024, under Sections 108, 85 B.N.S. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Dhebrua, District- Siddhartha Nagar, during the pendency of the trial. 4. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is the husband of the deceased and has been falsely implicated in the present case. According to the postmortem report, cause of death is asphyxia as a result of antemortem hanging.
