Shri Virendra Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the first informant submits that the address as mentioned at Page 3 of the affidavit filed in support of bail application is incorrect. The basis of his allegation is that the Aadhar Card of the deponent Sagir Abbas is annexed at Page 10 of the affidavit reflects that name of the village is 'Bhusasi, Badausa, Bhusasi, Banda' whereas in the affidavit at Page 3, the name of the village has been mentioned as 'village Chandesi Tigra, PS Badausa, District Banda'. On a specific query being put to the learned counsel for the applicant, he submits that the error has occurred on account of an inadvertence and appears to be a typographical error.
