Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that in the F.I.R. the victim alleges that on 05.11.2023 at about 8:00 p.m. the applicant entered into her house having knife in his hand and on finding her alone he committed her rape forcibly, he also recorded video of the alleged incident and after threatening her he went away, thereafter by blackmailing her to viral the said video he committed her rape several times and he also extorted money from her.
