Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. In the F.I.R. the victim alleges that on the pretext of providing monetary help from Pradhanmantri Gharib Gramin Awas Yojana the applicant, who is the husband of Village Pradhan, used to commit her rape forcibly. Though the victim in her statements recorded under Section 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. has reiterated the version of F.I.R. but there are material contradictions.
