In the F.I.R. it has been alleged by the informant/ victim that she is aged about 21 years, the applicant used to talk with her for ten months and he promised for marry, on 11.07.2025 at about 8:00 p.m. he called her in a garden and committed obscene activity and now he has refused to marry her.
