Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.364 of 2025, under Sections 333, 103(1), 115(2), 352 B.N.S., Police Station Kankar Khera, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to be the landlord of the informant and had brawl with the son of informant on 02.06.2025 at about 9:30 p.m. When the informant's wife and son objected to it, the applicant had thrown the wife of informant from roof, injuring her grievously with an intention to cause her death and thereby hit the son of the informant with a brick on his forehead. 5.
