This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 112 of 2025, under Section 307 of the B.N.S. and Section 136, 137 of the Electricity Act, Police Station Kakrauli, District Muzaffar Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant has not committed any crime but due to local political rivalry and under the pressure of administration, the applicant has been challaned in the present case. He submits that the applicant is not named in the FIR and his name surfaced during the course of investigation. He further submits that nothing incriminating mate
